A customer enquiry becomes a quote, the quote becomes an order, and the order flows straight through to a shipment — dispatched with your own fleet or an integrated courier, complete with waybills, labels, live tracking, and proof of delivery. A real-time map shows every vehicle, with geofence alerts and full trip replay, and a native Android app puts the day's route in each driver's hand — capturing photo-and-signature proof of delivery even with no signal and syncing the moment it reconnects.
Underneath it all, the books keep themselves: a double-entry general ledger that posts automatically as orders are invoiced and paid, accounts payable, bank reconciliation with statement import, and a full South African payroll engine (PAYE, UIF, SDL) that even pays drivers for completed trips. Exports generate the customs paperwork — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and SAD 500 — straight from the order.
